Welcome to A.C.E.S., a distinguished private school that embraces a religious orientation and upholds specific regulations to guide conduct. Our students are encouraged to wholeheartedly support these regulations while on campus or engaged in school-related activities. When parents seek admission for their children, it signifies their agreement with the standards and policies that define our school. Parents and guardians pledge their unwavering commitment to assist in upholding the school, supporting our esteemed staff, and actively engaging in our comprehensive education program.
For junior kindergarten admission, children must have reached the age of four (4) by December 31 of the current school year. Additionally, students entering our school for the first time are required to provide proof of age and their status in Canada.
New students will be admitted upon completion of registration forms, submission of a signed statement of Agreement, verification of their status in Canada (such as a birth certificate or citizenship papers), as well as providing a photocopy of their health care card and immunization records.
It is important to note that currently enrolled students must re-register each year. As per school board policy, enrollment is contingent upon the previous account being settled in full or prior arrangements being made with the school board. Furthermore, teacher approval, considering behavioral and scholastic factors, is also necessary for re-enrollment.
At A.C.E.S., we firmly believe that all children can benefit from our program. However, we recognize that, at present, our school may not be equipped to adequately address the needs of children with specific learning and/or social requirements.
